We own Harless + Hugh Coffee which is located below the loft as well as a craft cocktail bar, The Public House, located just a block away.

This large pet friendly 2800 Sq/Ft home is located one mile west of the Saginaw Bay near Linwood Beach Marina. It was completely refurnished with new beds and furniture (09/12/2019). There are two golf courses with-in 5 miles and has several restaurants located near the Village of Linwood. Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.
