To be very clear, this is a different category of Penthouse than anything else you might see listed in Halifax. At 5 bedrooms, large kitchen, large dining room, large lounging area and at 3800 square feet this is the biggest and most luxurious apartment you will find. This truly is the perfect downtown location. With this luxury comes responsibility there is zero tolerance for noise so no parties. More picture to come! Fully surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, the hillside cattage is Halifax's only unique cottage such as Paradise, which overlooks the breathtaking ocean scenery and harmonizes with many flowers. The unique four gardens, consisting a large 2.5-acre land, are fantastic! The seasonal flowers in the each garden from the spacious deck, picturesquely with the Atlantic Ocean. You can see the fishing boats catching lobsters from my living room and meet fishermen at the wharf! Peaceful, fantastic !!
