Waterfront with pier, dock. Home located between Intracoastal Waterway and Run of Little Creek tidal creek, across from Eagle Point Golf Club. Perfect location for kayaking, canoeing, golfing, bicycling, fishing, crabbing, scenic walks. Nestled on a secluded salt marsh tidal creek that leads to the nearby Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean, enjoy outdoor privacy, beauty, and nature yet with nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, and boating. Parties and events are not allowed.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

We take care of dishes, trash ect upon checkout(NO CHORE LIST FOR GUESTS!)Designed in a coastal fashion, with an amazing arcade room! Your family and friends can unwind in the hottub, play in the arcade, enjoy the outside firepit, or take a 10 min drive to historic downtown river walk! The Coastal Cottage is a 15 min drive to Wrightsville Beach and minutes away from the major shopping area in town!

Sip your favorite cocktail under the shade of live oaks with the sound of boats passing by. For the active type, rent a 19' center console or launch your paddle board into Page's creek and explore the endless marshes and the Intracoastal Waterway, all less than a mile away. This charming home is newly renovated with a focus on maximum comfort and modern amenities for our guests to enjoy. We are kid friendly. The third bedroom includes a tv and couch for the kids to have their own space.

Capture breathtaking views on the private dock nature watching, fishing, or relaxing on the hammock nearby. This coastal retreat is the perfect getaway for you and your family/friends to create endless memories by the fire pit, oyster roast, outdoor bar, and game room. Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

Tucked away on a serene 10-acre farm, this guest space blends rustic charm with subtle sophistication. Enjoy the sounds of clucking chickens, a mini donkey grazing nearby, and a friendly rescue pup. The farm is also home to deer, wild turkeys, barn swallows, hawks, and bunnies. With no major roads nearby and tall pines all around, you'll experience true peace and quiet — your own private haven to relax, reflect, and create.

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.
