'Gumpy by the Sea' is a unique , small, cosy, and self-contained space that blends art with nature. Situated closely behind the main pole house residence (at a lower level), you can enjoy ocean and garden views - from a sitting position: at the bar, deck, or from the bed. A short walk across the road down a track to the beach. Experience the wood 'barby' or chiminea at night, then cocoon yourself inside the compact space, listening to the waves! Suited to the solo traveller or quiet couple.

Near main road so some traffic noise during day, is quiet at night. Not suitable for Quarantine.

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand). Note we have two newer cabins of same design listed under "Tam O Shanter Bayside Cabins (3)"
