CrossRoads Cottage, established in 2013, is a small cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, tv room/bedroom and kitchen. Guests have the convenience of the entire house. Note: Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the cottage. Note: Price includes up to 4 guests at the cottage. Each additional guest will be $10 extra to accommodate for food, linens, and water useage. Note: There will be a $250 fee for smoking and/or pet violations

It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. The Nook is a play on our popular property, The Rail Hus, located in Elkins, WV as it embodies our signature Scandinavian, minimalistic modern style. The Nook is a quaint place perfect for one or two people. It is centrally located right at the access to Route 33 towards the Canaan area and a minute or two from the downtown district. The Nook has a private second floor porch and private parking.
