It's located in a quiet community on Pierre Part Bay just 2 minutes from Lake Verret. Great area for all water sports and fishing ! There is a boat launch and bait shop steps away,. Relax on the swing by the bay and watch eagles, pelicans and other wildlife feeding nearby or bring your bike and tour the area.

This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Parking is available on driveway.

Close to fine dining or fast food. The Rustic cottage is in the back of our property. It has a privacy fence, but is not completely fenced. Nice covered deck with large TV and carport

The Blue Heron Guest House is a great place to just get away, enjoy nature, canoe (provided), fish the pond or the bayou, birdwatching (lots of birds), etc. The property does have a boat slip and a small boat launch for those who want to explore the area by boat. The guesthouse is fully detached from the main home on the property and has full use of the driveway with gated parking. There is a small patio area in the back with lights and a picnic table.

Slow down and be transported to another time and place in this 1834 creole cottage along Bayou Teche. The huge live oaks with their draped Spanish moss surround the home. The home features a huge back porch overlooking the bayou to do some birdwatching. The center hall allows for a nice breeze. There’s a queen bed and claw foot tub downstairs, two full beds and bathroom upstairs.
