Apartment Nea is newly renovated ( May 2024) and fully equipped apartment situated on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor building in the nice and quiet neighborhood just 15-20 minutes walk from the Old town and 7 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of the luxury hotels Rixos and Bellevue. The apartment has a living room, two bedrooms (one with queen size bed, the other one with one single bed), equipped kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view over the port. There is an air condition, flat screen TV and access to a high speed internet. The apartment is decorated with photos of sculptures of renowned sculptor Marijan Kockovic, my husband's late father. Pearl of the Adriatic, Dubrovnik has an unusual and attractive charm. The brightness of Renaissance and Baroque architecture, the view of the sea of red tiles covering the roofs of the houses and the privileged position close to the crystal clear waters are the source of its beauty, together with green islands and white beaches surrounding it. No hidden prices (blankets, sheets, towels are provided and air condition, internet, tourist tax are included in the price).

Lady L studio apartment with a sea view is a balance comfort with luxe, the practical with the desirable and the seasoned with tactile art. Little gem hidden in Dubrovnik. The apartment offers breakfast as an additional option in the Rixos hotel, which is located 300 meters from the apartment, with an additional charge of 30 euros per person. Breakfast at the Rixos Hotel is a buffet with a beautiful panoramic view.
