The unit is part of our property which privately sits below our residence with private entrance and plenty of car parking. The unit comprises of 1 bedroom with bathroom/laundry and a separate toilet. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.
