Jardin Acoustique is designed for long outdoor days and warm, unhurried evenings under open skies. Historic stone walls surround floodlit gardens, a private, peaceful setting. Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-end pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Inside, exposed beams, thick stone walls and Smeg appliances combine character with comfort. 2026 is our 5th summer on Airbnb, with prices held from 2025.

We love to share our charming and characteristic 300 years old farmhouse. The tastefully decorated farmhouse with superb pool and terrace is situated in a beautiful setting with fantastic views and amazing sunsets. In summer you can enjoy fruits from the land (4 ha). Only 30 min from Bergerac airport. The house is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills covered with sunflowers in summer and with numerous medieval villages, wine estates and golf courses nearby. High speed internet available.

The Old Goat House offers ‘rustic chic’ living set in 3 acres of tranquil parkland with beautiful vineyard views. The private sun terrace and outdoor dining space provide the perfect spot for chilling out with a glass of wine from the many excellent local wine producers. With two ensuite double bedrooms, the property sleeps four and has a spacious open plan living / dining space and a well equipped kitchen. La Petite Maison à la Peyriere is a sympathetically restored traditional stone cottage dating from 1620. Retaining all of its original charm and character this unique detached property has a stylish, and fresh interior. It is set in a secluded garden surrounded by beautiful French countryside. The Vézère Valley in the heart of the Dordogne hosts pre-historic caves & magnificent castles. We are a five minute drive of Le Bugue and within half an hour of Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Lascaux.

Le Petit Comte Bergerac an Oasis of Calm

Le Petit Comte is situated in the beautiful Dordogne, a 15 mins drive (11 km) from Bergerac Airport and approx 1 hour drive from Bordeaux. The beautiful, historic old city of Bergerac is 10 mins by car with its many shops bars and restaurants all on the Dordogne river. The house sits opposite an organic Chateau, perfect for wine tasting, and next to a horse riding centre. The house is a 3 min drive (20 min walk) from the village of Ginestet with a wonderful Bakery and bar/pizzeria.
