A sound proof wall separates the private guest suite from the main house with safe parking inside the fenced property.

Its stylish and modern décor harmonize seamlessly with its minimalistic furnishings. It offers a completely full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, and refrigerated air. Washer and dryer on site! Sorry but no pets!

The casita offers a private entrance, queen size bed, an additional inflatable mattress available for a third visitor, along with a small kitchenette and a full bathroom full of amenities. Our newly renovated backyard is a haven of relaxation, featuring a gazebo, deck, and a play structure for little ones!

The home was built 1973 by Architect Bill Shelton, and the guest apartment was added in 1974 for his daughter. This home has been completely renovated. High vaulted wood beam ceilings & clearstory windows give the home an expansive & luxurious feel with lots of natural light.
