The apartment, with its huge windows, is located in a very special position, directly on the water: surrouded by a gorgeous terrace, you have the priviledge to be at just 5min walk from the centre along the lake promenade and isolated at the same time. A terrace of 120square mt allows you to enjoy a landscape made up of only water, sky and mountains. So close to the water that you can even fish from it directly - and a few most courageous did even dive into the lake (circa 6 mt under your feet).

Inside: a kitchen, a comfortable living room, a spacious bedroom on the upper floor with lake view, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a flat-screen smart TV and AC.
