Our family first crossed this summit in the late '90s. The endless views over cascading pines, harmonious wildlife, and starry skies caused us to settle down and we've been here ever since. Over the years, we've welcomed lovely people from near and far to enjoy the Jägerhaus — join us for your next adventure. Reato House--Cozy comfort away from home, HOT TUB!

This house is a comfy, cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house built in the early 1900's and recently updated. It is in the heart of the Black Hills, minutes from Deadwood. It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. Four person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. Trailer parking available.

Creekside Sanctuary

Creekside Sanctuary is a 6+ acre paradise for families, friends, celebrations or retreats. Naming this property was not easy, not only is this a Sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation, guests can also enjoy the popular site seeing and abundant wildlife native to our beautiful Black Hills. Whether winter or summer, there are activates nearby - fishing, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating. The large yard is host to deer and turkey, an ideal gathering spot for celebration, fun and games.

Cabin on 20 acres w/ horses, goats, & mini donkey

Enjoy country living close to town! Two bedrooms w/ queen size beds and loft w/ queen size pullout sofa allow you to comfortably sleep 6! Just 4 miles from downtown Hill City. Sits on 20 beautiful acres surrounded on 3 sides by Forest Service! Enjoy beautiful surroundings - a seasonal pond outside your cabin (water level varies), horses, mini donkey, mini goats and chickens. Enjoy private setting with the convenience of the owners just 1/4 mile up the driveway to take care of your needs!

Falsebottom Hide-away

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature after a long day vacationing. Sleeps six with a secure fenced yard for the safety of your pets. Located in beautiful Maitland Canyon with seasonal Falsebottom Creek right off the private back deck featuring a BBQ and outdoor table. We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. Close to so much, but with a real connection to the pristine nature that the Black Hills are famous for.

The Dens at Bear Rock #2-King Bed, Studio w/stairs

The Dens at Bear Rock is a stones throw from downtown Custer and numerous Black Hills activities. With this as your home base you have access to all the Southern Hills has to offer - Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse & Jewel Cave all within a 20 mile radius. Explore Needles Highway & Sylvan Lake in Custer State Park less than 10 mins away. Experience nightlife of an old west town, numerous dining options, coffee shops and local boutiques. UTV trails and golf are also all within minutes of the Dens.
