Whether you're here to catch a breathtaking sunset or simply unwind in nature, this spot is made for relaxation. The secluded downstairs suite is fully equipped for your comfort, featuring a private patio, workspace, games, books, and TV—everything you need for a serene and restful stay.

Mid-Century Boho with Private Patio & King Bed

Enjoy a stylish, comfortable stay in this centrally located (10 min to downtown!) first-floor suite—no steps. Relax on the private patio, unwind by the electric fireplace, prepare light meals in the kitchenette, and sleep soundly in a king bed. This main-level suite is the lower level of our home. Our family—including two young children—lives upstairs. If you’re sensitive to normal household noise, this may not be the best fit, but many guests find it private and perfect for a relaxing stay.

The Hiker’s Hideaway is a cozy, pet-friendly basement suite beautifully nestled in the mountains. Our neighborhood is quiet, yet accessible— right on the Blue Ridge Parkway and less than 10 minutes to downtown for dining, drinks, and shopping. In the space you’ll find a hand painted mural, queen bed, full bath, kitchen + stocked coffee bar. Perfect for solo travelers looking for a safe place to land or couples who need a place to rest after a full day. Look out for 🐻 sightings in our yard!

2 bd apt w/ private porch only 10 min to downtown

No extra cleaning fee! A beautiful clean, modern 2 bedrm apartment with private entrance & huge private covered deck (lower level of our mountain home built in 2016). With forest on all sides of the deck, it is like living in a treehouse in spring and summer, gorgeous colors in fall, mountain views late fall and winter. Only 4 miles/10 minutes from downtown Asheville (Pack Square)! Parking for 2 cars max and 4 guest max. Uber and various food delivery companies service the area! No pets :(

Unplug & Unwind. A scenic 12 mins from downtown Black Mtn., we are nestled among the trees and wildlife. Located in a quiet gated community, we offer the lower level of our home, a guest suite with private entrance & private deck. Rosie the kitty loves meeting guests and coming in to say hi! We are just a scenic 15 minute drive into both Asheville and Black Mountain, North Carolina, and the perfect location to access hiking trails and Parkway exploring. The honey bees invite you to come taste freshly harvested honey on homemade bread - in our peaceful, sweet retreat in the woods! Cell service is spotty down our road, but we have great wifi here at Honey Bee Suite.

Swannanoa Bear Holler

Enjoy a 900 sq ft. guest rental in a wooded mountain valley east of Asheville; located 12 minutes from downtown and 12 minutes from Black Mountain. Inside you will find a spacious rec room, bedroom and bath. Your accommodations are completely private including your own outside entrance and parking. Come visit Above the Clouds! You're at 3200 feet on 9 private acres, with amazing views of our beautiful Western NC mountains. Everything you need is in your separate and private 650 sqft floor, which is the lower level of our home on top of the mountain. We're in the middle of nature, so be prepared to share space with deer, bear, coyotes, fireflies, and lady bugs. Mini-Frig, Microwave, Keurig coffee with coffee supplies.
