Relax and unwind in the countryside! Our 1 bed/1 bath country cottage has rustic charm while being newly renovated to include all the modern comforts you expect. The sauna is truly beautiful and it has the unique feature of a waterfall shower. Enjoy the beautiful mission mountains and park-like setting complete with creek and willow trees. There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

Cassidy Homestead Guest Cabin

If you're looking for an authentic rustic Montana cabin experience with modern amenities, this is your place!! Situated between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, this quaint rustic cabin is located in the small hamlet of southern Hall just off I-90 and 10min from Philipsburg. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, and was built by homesteader Carl Cassidy in the early 1980's. His skillful primitive aesthetic and use of recycled materials gives the cabin a feeling it was built in the 1880's.

Cozy Philipsburg Studio Guest Cottage

This cozy guest cottage is located three blocks from downtown. Unit is detached from main house and accessed off the alley adjacent to garage. Cottage has separate parking and beautiful views. This approximately 140 square foot space includes a half bathroom (no shower/tub), microwave, fridge, hot water kettle, desk, and queen bed. Smart tv/wifi and bluetooth speaker. An affordable, comfortable option for solo travelers or couples who just need a good spot to crash. New window AC in 2025.

Unique Luxury Grain Bin called the Happy Place

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Experience the charm of a cozy, rustic tiny home nestled in our family community in Evaro, with Missoula just a quick 15-minute drive away. Take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque country road to reach the renowned Kampfire Steakhouse. Alternatively, savor your own meal prepared on the outdoor gas grill and unwind by a crackling campfire beneath a starry sky. At day's end, perhaps after a sit in our shared sauna, climb into the cozy loft bed for a restful night's sleep.

Maria's Montana Farm Retreat

Come relax away from it all at our newly constructed guest house on our 20 acre farm. We have several horses on the property. You'll be centrally located to many attractions (3.5 hrs to Glacier NP, 3.5 hrs to Yellowstone NP, 1 hr to Missoula (MSO) or Helena (HLN). Our closest town is Deer Lodge, only 15 minutes away and everything that you could need, and we are 5-10 minutes off the highway. Perfect for a stopover on your adventure, or an escape for as long as you'd like.

Sanctuary Farm Yurt Glamping

Magical getaway bedroom in the woods on 25 acres where glamping meets re-wilding. Come recharge and rest. Short walk to the all cedar outhouse. Enjoy watching the fire dance at the campfire circle by the creek. Great hiking trails close by, and just 20 miles to Lolo Hot Springs and 4 miles to a restaurant/saloon. This is a space to truly unwind, as there is no cell phone coverage, but there is limited WiFi. Chef cooked breakfast available (costs extra).

Cabin has one queen bed on main “open” floor, 2 beds in loft, (one queen and one full). Loft has a sturdy built in ladder, not suitable for toddlers or little kids. Equipped with gas cook top, refrigerator, microwave, sink, bathroom w/ shower, tv (DVD's and ROKU). Situated approximately 5 miles from the Clark Fork River, and 1 mile from public Montana Government Lands (Pontoon boats available to rent for self-guided tours, please inquire.)
