Cassidy Homestead Guest Cabin

If you're looking for an authentic rustic Montana cabin experience with modern amenities, this is your place!! Situated between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, this quaint rustic cabin is located in the small hamlet of southern Hall just off I-90 and 10min from Philipsburg. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, and was built by homesteader Carl Cassidy in the early 1980's. His skillful primitive aesthetic and use of recycled materials gives the cabin a feeling it was built in the 1880's.

Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

Located 5 miles from a major trailhead accessing the Bob Marshall Wilderness Complex. The guest house is in a separate building on the ranch above my saddle shop. Enjoy amazing star gazing and the quiet of this remote ranch.

This is the entire 2k s.f. lower level of my home with a private entrance and relaxing hot tub. It feels like you’re in the mountains yet it's only a 10 min drive from downtown. Pine trees surround the 1 acre property and you can hear the creek running through the backyard. Enjoy sitting around the fire pit, playing ping pong, or cozy up watching a movie.
