You will be close to everything, only a few minutes off I-81, 10 minutes to Radford University and 20 minutes to Virginia Tech. A King bed to take all your worries away with a sofa sleeper for a little extra room. There will be cold beverages in the fridge for you if you would like. **This is for a 1 bedroom basement studio with private entrance, 1st floor is occupied by the host or tenant. *Pets can be considered on a case by case basis…please message host for more details.*

Cozy Creekside Getaway

Our spacious country house, located directly on Sinking Creek, is the perfect getaway space for nature lovers or anybody who just wants to relax to the soothing water as it flows by. In the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, guests are only one mile from the Appalachian Trail, and some the most beautiful hiking in the state, including Cascades Falls, are only a short drive away. Additionally, the New River, with its kayaking, canoeing, boating and tubing, is only 20 minutes away.

This space is the entire lower level of our home. You will have your own private entrance (though a storage area) living room with TV and bathroom. There is a locked door at the top of the stairs separating the two levels. There is a queen size latex mattress bed in the blue room and a full size bed with memory foam topper in smaller room. Optional folding mattress for the floor available upon request. You will have a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine.

The Radford Dwelling

You will be centrally located to local attractions within Radford, along with Radford University and Virginia Tech. The Radford Dwelling is one block from the local walking/biking trails that take you through many parts of Radford including Wildwood Park, Bisset Park and down to Radford University. The Radford Dwelling is located on a dead end street with ample parking. Enjoy outdoor seating, an upstairs living room or a downstairs family room while you are visiting.

Otterview Mountain House

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, a huge deck, and a pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, cozy living room, and an extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.

Twin Falls Getaway

If you’re looking for a remote cozy country cabin feel that’s out in the quiet peaceful country, with lots of different wildlife around, you’ve found the perfect place! Sitting in the beautiful country located just 2 miles off of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Located a mile off of 221, In between the city of Roanoke and the little town of Floyd about a 30 minute drive to both. About 35 miles (50 minute drive) from Blacksburg, Virginia Tech

On a one acre corner lot, we welcome guests to relax and experience the Appalachian Mountains and its treasures like hiking, wineries or tubing on the New River. All new beds and decor.
