Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. It is only 2 miles from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Only 20 minutes from the airport, big/little cottonwood canyon, Traverse Mountain Outlets and thanksgiving point.

Bedroom 1 includes a king size bed and bedroom 2 a queen size bed. The living area is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen features quality appliances and granite countertops. Cooking ware, dishes, and utensils provided.
