Our Oceanfront Oasis at Indian Beach is a newly renovated ocean view luxury condominium, located at Colony by the Sea in Indian Beach. Enjoy the privacy of an end unit, a comfortable private balcony, while you gaze at the beauty of the Atlantic ocean. This unit is oceanfront on the first floor, just steps from the beach. The oasis offers a fully equipped condo including a fully equipped kitchen, king master, a large living area, including a queen size sleeper sofa.

Our beautiful cottage comfortably sleeps six. Spacious deck highlights the amazing oceanfront views. Spacious gathering room and all stainless appliances. Beds made and linens/towels provided for each guest. Huge back porch boasts outdoor dining area, adirondack chairs, outdoor shower and private beach access. Stays include linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels). Beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and Shibumi Shade are all available for your stay as well!

Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

We renovated in Feb 2024– new floors, paint, lighting… come enjoy the beauty! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful ocean-front condominium in the Ocean Club, Indian Beach, Building A. Well-equipped with beach toys, boogie boards and a kayak; clean, comfortable with ocean front views from the back porch. Access to clubhouse, weight room, two pools and two hot tubs and private sound-side pier. Come enjoy the quiet beach!

Dockside Daze/Sunday checkout 5pm/Riverfront

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.
