Stay on a real family-run husky farm in Arctic Norway, home to more than 35 friendly Alaskan huskies. Our traditional Norwegian lodge is surrounded by forest, between Tromsø, Senja and Narvik, making it the perfect base for road trips, hiking and exploring Northern Norway. During your stay, you can book a visit with our huskies, husky cart tour (weather permitting), canoe trip or our wood-fired sauna. Sjarmerende tømmerhytte ved elvekanten

Sjarmerende, liten tømmerhytte rett ved elva. Hytta har bare ett rom, med en køyeseng, spisebord med to stoler, tv på veggen, kjøkkenbenk med vask (uten innlagt vann, se lenger ned i teksten), kjøleskap og varmeovn. Utenfor hytta er det en platting med bord og benk. Toalett og kjøkken finner man i servicebygget 20 meter fra hytta. Det er ikke innlagt vann på selve hytta, dette må hentes enten i den lille bua rett ovenfor hytta, eller inne på kjøkkenet på servicebygget.

Surrounded by dramatic mountains and oceans, Andørja is the most mountaineous island of Northern Europe. Mighty peaks shoot straight up from the sea. Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.

The “Elvind Astrup”Cabin has been decorated and set-up with ever attention to detail to make your evenings with us comfortable and relaxed. Lovingly furnished with drift wood and natural materials the cabins accommodate five to six people. We have a sauna near the river (additional for 450NOK). Our three cozy log cabins „Helge Ingstad Hytte“, „Eivind Astrup Hytte” and "Wanny Woldstad Hytte" are all to rent on Airbnb.
