Our sea-side neighborhood is Oceanside’s most beloved area due to it’s relaxing and laid back vibe and it’s countless local restaurants, breweries, and cafes, many of which are within walking distance of our apartment. Hosts live upstairs (the home pictured is sub divided entirely with no shared living spaces). The saltwater pool and spa are shared with the detached guest house 100 ft away, which can also be rented separately (inquire with hosts)

There is 650 square foot space with a private entrance, parking, and balcony with beautiful views. We are in the country side, . The Nest is located north of Interstate 76 and Mission road; 16 miles to the Oceanside beach.

We are within walking distance to shopping and a few restaurants as well. Our community features a large swimming pool, spa, fire pits, BBQ areas, putting green, gym, community room with large screen TV and many walking trails that go through out the Shadowridge area.
