Set in behind the sand dunes of Sawtell's main beach and 5 min walk to the main street. This unique house has a private entry to the beach from the back courtyard . The ground floor has 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom , kitchen, lounge/dining room and laundry. Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

Welcome to this light and spacious townhouse where you can enjoy a relaxing stay. There are 3 levels with 2 car lockup garage. The first level contains main bedroom, bathroom, spacious kitchen and living/dining area. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. The main living area opens to a private courtyard with 6 person outdoor setting. Upstairs on the second level offers 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a study nook at the top of the stairs.
