Surrounded by State Forest and complete serenity, though only 10 mins from restaurants/cafes, and groceries, here you will wake to the sound of birds, and very little else, the peace is outstanding. Private fully equipped cottage, seperate private driveway & double carport, private entrance. We live on the property but unless guest need us their stay will be totally private Bonville International Golf club 3 minute drive, 10 minute drive away from Sawtell where you can have dinner in the beautiful Main Street, 10 minute drive to Mylestom to have a picnic by the river, 10 minute drive to Coffs Harbour Airport, 12 minute drive to Coffs Harbour city centre, 15 minute drive to Bellingen

Breakfast with the birds on a beautiful deck, overlooking Bonigil Bongil National Park. The Garden studio offers quiet accomodation in the picturesque village of Sawtell. It is a 5 minute drive to beaches, cafes, tennis courts, golf club, bowling club, restaurants and bars and a cinema. The garden studio has a queen sized bed and private entrance accessed from the back deck, is attached to the main house, but completely private. Perfect for an overnight stay or a longer holiday.

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway at this luxurious cottage nestled in a pretty garden setting. A great place to call home for a night or a week! Only 1 minute from the highway, 5 minutes to beautiful Sawtell Beach, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. Close to Coffs Airport, Coffs Hospital, Bonville Golf Club, Coffs Stadium and Southern Cross University. We have an Adult Only policy, the space is not suitable for children or babies.

The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Conveniently located half way between Sydney and Brisbane, we are less than 2 minutes off the highway. Come and enjoy the peaceful space, the serenity, the bird life and mountain views on our semi rural setting of 1.5 acres in the beautiful Boambee valley. The surrounding beaches, cafes and boutiques of Sawtell and all that the Coffs Coast has to offer are conveniently on your doorstep.

Overlooking the beautiful Bellinger river it is the perfect place to chill and enjoy comfort in the middle of nature.
