Our guesthouse is located on the NW side of Columbia. We can accommodate from 1 night stays to monthly reservations! 1 - 2 guests are recommended for long term and short term stays. 3 guests for short term stays. Welcome! Pool is open! Cool pet friendly ground floor level apartment within walking distance of Faurot Field and Mizzou arena located in the heart of the southside of Columbia. Steps away from Lakota, Murrys, Flyover and Taphouse to grab a local favorite meal. 5 min drive to most hospitals and the University of Missouri. The 2 bed 1 bath apartment includes all new furniture, in unit w/d, Wi-Fi, Roku smart tv and necessities . Main bedroom has a California king size bed.

Restful Rustic Comfy Cabin.

Sweet little cabin by a little pond at the edge of the woods. Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".

The Painter's Garden

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, spacious, private home in a quiet, leafy neighborhood. Less than 1 mile off I-70 & 4 miles from downtown/campus/MU and Boone hospitals. Pet- and kid-friendly with a sizable, securely fenced backyard and cement patio with fire pit, charcoal grill, outdoor furniture and canvas shade. Cozy, modern interior features 40 original paintings by the owner and an electric fireplace.

Large Mother-In-Law Apartment Surrounded by Park

We have a delightful mother-in-law apartment that is perfect for families, business travelers, girls' weekends and more. The space includes two large bedrooms (one on the main level and one upstairs), a living room, kitchenette (no oven/stove) and bathroom, and it is fully furnished. We are pet-friendly, but charge an extra $50 to your reservation fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet.

The unit is in a rustic country setting on a dead end gravel road. Although it feels as though you are far away from everything, you are only 7 miles from the University of Missouri. We are very close to the hiking and nature trails, the Missouri River, and the local winery. Our setting is unique and creates the sense that you have truly gotten away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Creekside Cabin Getaway

Cabin on almost 70 acres with Bass Creek running through it. Direct access to highway 63 and minutes south of Columbia. Perfect setting for a family gathering or a relaxing weekend getaway. Established trails for hiking and biking with rustic benches to stop and enjoy nature. We hope you enjoy Hills and Valleys Retreat as much as we do. (Additional cabin available to rent.)
