Our beautiful houseboat is only 12 min from Amsterdam centre by train & 5 min from the famous Zaanse Schans windmills! Use our boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available (for free) so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Steelhouse - your forest escape by the lake

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits. For dog owners: the property is fenced😊

Pure Giethoorn, op z'n mooist!

In het mooiste deel van Giethoorn, buiten het drukke toeristische gedeelte ligt deze unieke vakantiewoning middenin de natuur. Met vrij uitzicht over het water. Het huisje heeft 2 slaapkamers (1x 2 persoons en 2x 1 persoonsbed). Er is nog een 5e bed (1 pers.) op de hal boven. Graag vernemen we of je gebruik wilt maken van een lakenpakket (beddengoed & handdoeken). Toeslag is € 10,00 p.p. De vernieuwde badkamer maakt het huisje tot een luxe plek om te genieten van de rust, ruimte en natuur.

Turfschip de Weerribben maximaal 4 personen

Op het mooiste plekje van Nederland, midden in het prachtig natuurgebied de Weerribben ligt de woning. Gelegen direct aan het water is er alle gelegenheid tot het huren van bootjes, kano's, fietsen of een sup. De boerderij ligt aan het Zuiderzeepad en vele fietsknooppunten. Het ruime appartement heeft 2 aparte slaapkamers voor totaal 4 personen. Eventueel is een derde slaapkamer/studio apart bij te boeken, enkel in combinatie met het appartement. Gastenverblijf Út fan Hús

Het appartement Út fan hús heeft twee slaapkamers met een 2 - persoonsbed, een woonkamer met slaapbank, een keuken met koelkast en badkamer met douche en toilet. Het appartement heeft een eigen opgang. Vanuit het appartement heeft u een weids uitzicht over de Friese Greiden. Het ligt aan het water waarin gezwommen en gevist kan worden. Ook kunt u gratis gebruik maken van 1 of 2 persoons kano's, een bootje en fietsen. De stad Sneek ligt op 15 minuten rijden, Leeuwarden op 30 minuten.

Park van Luna is een verassend samenspel van land en water met de meest uiteenlopende mogelijkheden voor een fijne vakantie of weekend weg. Luna Beach House is een gezellig warm ingericht huis voor 4 personen, energiezuinig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is een complete woning met 2 slaapkamers, woonkamer, compleet ingerichte keuken en badkamer met douche en toilet.

In dit heerlijke huisje geniet je vollop van het geweldige uitzicht over het natuurgebied. Voor een verblijf in de natuur hoef je niks aan luxe in te leveren, van regendouche tot smart tv en airco en luxe boxspring, aan alles is gedacht! Het compacte keukentje is voorzien van een inductie kookplaat, oventje, koelkast met vriesvak en nespresso koffiezet apparaat. Het huisje is modern en sfeervol ingericht en voorzien van een eigen vlonder.

Country Garden House with Panoramic View

Romantic country garden house looking out over meadows, with large porch. Endless view, amazing sunsets. Nature area with birds. Deluxe kitchen, garden, free parking, excellent wifi. Two bedrooms, one mezzazine, sleeps 6 people. Please note the mezzazine has a steep ladder. We prefer to host families or people with reviews. 30 minute drive to Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Zaandam. Closer are Edam, Volendam and Marken.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village 10 minutes' drive from Amsterdam. In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.
