It’s a basement apartment with a family of 3 and a dog living upstairs. You may hear some noise from upstairs on occasion.

Prospect is a new urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants, and retail stores. This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space was just constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.
