Coucou cottage, a 300 year old stone house newly renovated to a high standard. Living, dining and kitchen area, all open plan. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

Châteaux de Castelnaud La Chapelle, Beynac, La Roque gageac, Vitrac, Domme, Sarlat ect Partez à la découverte des villages hauts perchés avec leurs points de vue spectaculaires. Naviguez sur la Dordogne en canoë. Mangez ! Foie gras, truffes, cèpes, noix, Magret fumée, vins.

Le Cardinal Sarlat

Le cardinal est situé au coeur de la cité médiévale de Sarlat au 7 cour des Fontaines. Cet appartement luxueux au rez de chaussée d'un magnifique bâtiment du 17e siècle récemment restauré comporte un salon avec cuisine ouverte, une chambre, une salle de bains avec baignoire jacuzzi donnant sur une cour privée avec son bassin et sa table de jardin. Adults only gites in the magical golden triangle. Imagine waking up to the sound of the church bells and in the evening the hot air balloons majestically owning the skies. Centrally located in the village of Daglan is Le Clos de Paradis gites and chambre d’hote. The tourist office is next door and there are 2 amazing restaurants and a creperie just along the street. Take a stroll to the river with a picnic or stray further afield to explore the many chateaux and markets.

Jolie maison individuel en pierres au bout d'un petit hameau privatif au sein d’un domaine de 8 Ha en pleine nature. Le logement dispose d'une chambre à coucher avec salle de bain, d'un salon avec poêle à bois et une cuisine ouverte et bien équipée et d'une terrasse privée avec vue sur la campagne. Accès à la piscine partagée (sans clôture ni verrou) avec vue sur la prairie et fôrets pour une déconnexion totale.

In the center of Périgord Noir, 15 minutes from the city of Sarlat, the cottage Les Pierres Blondes offers accommodation "Les Vinaigriers". You will enjoy its absolute calm, its private terrace, its landscaped garden and the heated swimming pool from May to the end of september. The river La Dordogne is 5 minutes by car with its canoe rentals and including the cingle of Turnac with its beautiful wild beach.

Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
