The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms — one with a double bed (200x160 cm) and another with two separate single beds (190x80 cm). There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining area. The highlight of the apartment is the garden terrace, perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors, and enjoying the sea view.

In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.
