Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Is not attached to the main house. Outdoor patio surrounded by beautiful oak trees. Equipped with high speed internet and a dedicated work space. Amazing restaurants & shopping close by. Easy drive to Galveston, NASA & the Medical Center. Convenient to I-45, 288 & Beltway 8. No pets. No smoking. No W/D.
