Nestled beneath live oak and pecan trees, this home offers a spacious backyard, patio, and kayaks for guests to enjoy. Take a 2 minute stroll to Heritage Park which boasts a lovely kayak launch ramp and watch a sunset views over Clear Creek. Spend the day at nearby NASA or the Kemah Boardwalk. Not to mention, Downtown Houston and Galveston are just a short drive away.

Brazoria Riverside Family Paradise!

This has been our family home for 30 years and we recently renovated. We're excited to share it with guests now who can hopefully make as many great memories as we have! We have 200 ft of San Bernard river frontage with a dock, plus plenty of outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained. There's a separate guest house with an en-suite bathroom, and the property is just a few minutes away from Hanson Park and its public boat slip. We have everything you need for your family trip!

Riverside Manor is a peaceful retreat outside of Houston, just 15 min from NASA and Galveston island. This self enclosed Guest suite has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette (no full stove). Exit through the kitchenette straight down to the river, where you can relax around the fire pit, fish in the Bayou or paddle a kayak (or 3). Property is raised up amongst the trees, surrounded by nature and peace. Can sleep 4 but best suited for one couple, families or 3 close friends.
