Affordable peace, quiet and privacy is our aim (1 night stays available most days). Grass camping space available (campers #3-8 will need to bring own tent/bed/linen /consumable items and supplies). The parking area is not situated by the cabin so sleeping in vehicles can only be done so at separate ends of the property. Safe ample parking sites available.

There are 4 bedrooms : three inside the house with a large bathroom, and a private cabin off the deck with it's own ensuite bathroom and private garden deck overlooking the bay. Living rooms are large and beautifully decorated to a relaxed resort-style atmosphere, opening out onto the massive wraparound deck.

The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.
