It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. ‘Tides’ - Architecturally-designed holiday home

This waterfront, modern, newly built (2023) holiday home has been built to maximise the all day sun. The open plan makes it the perfect place for your whole family or group of friends to relax and enjoy. Each room in the house has been cleverly designed as to take advantage of the dazzling water views. The house is a short distance away from many iconic places on the Tasman peninsula, including the Tessellated Pavements, Fortescue Bay, and Port Arthur.

The apartment is self contained, comprising of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and an open plan modern kitchen, dining and lounge. The 2nd bedroom can either have 2 single beds or 1 king bed. The modular lounge converts to a double bed. This is non-smoking accommodation The unit is attached to our own house, but is divided by a breezeway which acts like an airlock. So quite independent from our house.
