This is a custom built loft house attached to horse barn over looking acres of rolling green pastures. This horse property has been grandfathered into the city limits and has access to all the town has to offer. Yet peaceful, safe estate. Floor to ceiling windows, 2 level decking. Enjoy the views, bike (bike trail near) or walk/hike. Our land wraps around the Lake Opperman (not a sandy bottom lake) Bring your canoes and your books. This property lies in the heart of the valley with plenty of outdoor experiences such as hunting, fishing, bird watching or simply taking a walk along the fence line to watch the bison. This can provide an unforgettable and once in a lifetime experience. Summer is the peak calving time. Our bison calves are spunky and enjoyable to watch.

Relax and enjoy the beautiful view on Marion Lake. This cabin, nestled in the western shore, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet, gorgeous sunrises, and fun on the lake. Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, dock, Lily pad swim raft, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Hello! We're a small town local MN family hoping to share our Maple Hideaway with others to make memories in. Nestled in acres of woods by a peaceful lake, this cabin contains plenty of amenities to have special moments with your family. Whether it be enjoying a game of cornhole while grilling a steak, taking the kayak out for fishing, or staying indoors next to the fire place! PLEASE BE AWARE, there is a cabin directly next to this one on the north side, that we share a driveway with.

"Bertha's Cabin" takes you back in time with cedar walls and maple floor even the original chimney from Grandma Bertha's day. Enjoy modern bathroom and kitchen amenities; LP grill. A queen bed awaits; bring your own bedding and towels; upgrade available upon request. Step outside into the great outdoors to marked hiking trails and thousands of acres of Forest Service land. Invite friends and family to the nearby "Andrew Cabin" and the RV campsites at Sheyenne Oaks Campground.

The Dog House cabin

Great little cabin. Very new, 6 bunk beds, hide a bed sofa, kitchen and bath w/shower washer/dryer. On 3 acres w/heated breezeway for dogs or you can bring them in. Full stove and fridge and is right across the street form the Old Schoolhouse Bar where you can get pizza and drinks and meet local farmers to gain permission to hunt! Base of $90 per night, $30 per person per night for each guest over two. $60 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

Carpenter's Cabin

Unique year-round cabin! Perfect for a couples get-away or for a family of up to four. During the summer, enjoy a bonfire, kayaking, and outdoor games. During the winter, come back to a warm cabin and play board games by the fireplace after a full day of snowmobiling or other outdoor activities. Dry your winter gear in a separate warming house/game room featuring a pool table and dart board!
