My place is close to cafe cultured, and trendy Yarraville Village and the `art deco' Sun Theatre. Located in a quiet residential area with a nice park opposite. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood and the ambiance with heaps of cafes and restaurants with a 5 minute walk. The Yarraville train station is a 5 minute walk and only a 10 minute train ride to Melbourne CBD. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Charming little one BR granny flat conveniently located only 7kms from Melbourne via the West Gate Bridge. If public transport is a must the Spotswood Train Station is a 5minute walk down the main st passing cafes, shops and the local newsagency. On weekends you can take a walk to the fantastic outdoor food and music venue Grazelands! The granny flat is attached by door and adjoining wall to the primary residence. So help is never too far away should you need it. Street parking.

Relax and reconnect with nature in our lovely cottage in the woods. Minutes from Kallista and Grant's picnic grounds in the heart of the Sherbrooke forest. We offer private forest views within walking distance to the Sassafras-Monbulk hiking trail. Great spot to take time out and plan some local adventures. Perfect for couples, though we do offer a second fold-out bed for a third adult or child and can provide a single sized bed for a second child on request.
