The lower level you will find all the floors are heated along with a heat pump and a wood stove for cooler nights and a hot tub outside. The top level consist the master bedroom with its own ensuite. Outside has a warp around deck so you can enjoy the sun and the ocean breeze from any angle.

Beautiful, newly built cottage located in the scenic town of Brigus, NL. This cottage has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry on the main floor and a beautiful open-concept style living space and kitchen on the upper level. The upstairs living space feature walls of large windows creating a bright space, as well as a cozy corner fireplace.
