We are located on a 6 acre tree farm where we grow unique tree varieties and fruit. Our farm is across from New Englands top Public Golf Course, Newport National Golf Course and is a short distance to the beach and downtown Newport. Our great room boasts a bright open airy layout perfect for your family gathering

Spectacular Accommodations !

Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. I also live on property but your space is completely private.. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)

Land + Sea is an 1890s farmhouse in the Head of Westport neighborhood, just a few minutes walk to the East Branch of the Westport River. Spend the days kayaking nearby or at nearby beaches, then come back to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Close to Buzzard Bay Brewing, Westport Rivers Winery, farmstands, dairies, cycling loops, galleries/studios and conservation areas. Prepare local foods in the chef's kitchen or on the grill.

Small dogs are allowed and we do have security cameras outside for safety purposes.
