While in Southport, enjoy the shops, the majestic Live Oaks, dine at fabulous cafes & restaurants with water views, take a carriage ride, watch the boats go by, go on a ghost walk or tour a museum. This 2 bed 2 bath sits on a 1/2 acre lot with plenty of parking! The cottage is 12 minutes from Holden Beach and 12 minutes from Brunswick Medical center. The cottage has a fenced in backyard space fun and safe for the fur kids and the fur less! The cottage sits on the main road to Holden Beach, which is a very active rural route. Many great local attractions!

PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Welcome to "5 More Minutes" beach house located near the ICW and Wooded section of Oak Island, NC. This open-floor plan home on pilings is on the island's west side and features a three-bedroom (three-bath)/two-full-bathroom configuration. Oak Island beaches are a short one-mile walk or drive away. We offer a 6-seater electric golf cart with a pre-paid parking pass to rent by the day. You must be over 21 to operate it. The golf cart rental fee is handled separately from the house rental.
