Welcome to a tranquil, beach-style apartment with cool ocean breezes where you can snooze in the hammock, curl up with a book on a sunny window seat or cool off in the lap pool on the hot summer afternoons. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny veranda, afternoon drinks in your courtyard or on the back deck by the pool at sunset. At end of day snuggle up in the comfy king-size bed, falling asleep listening to the waves on the beach through the open louvers. The bed can be transformed into two king singles if you just let us know when booking. We do welcome one small non-shedding, toilet trained dog. Your apartment has a separate entry with patio. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances - cook top, oven, dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Nutri-bullet, jaffle maker, Smeg jug & toaster. Comfortable lounge & dining setting. If you just want to chill out at home there is Wi fi, Netflix, some games & jigsaws. - Self check in via lock box 24/7. Code given prior to arrival. - Private access. - Shared pool area. We also live on the premises and would love to welcome you to your self contained apartment when possible. We will be happy to help you with anything you require but we will ensure you have your privacy to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood and only a short stroll along the street will get you to the track onto the beach... which is an off-leash doggy beach. A short walk along the beach to track 37 is Chalet & Co for Coffee, breakfast or lunch. A little further along is Sunshine beach with more great coffee shops, cafes, restaurants & surf club. There is a bus stop at the end of the street if you want to leave your car and take the bus to Hastings St or to Peregian Beach. There is a bus stop 4 1/2 minutes walk from the apartment that goes North to Noosa Heads which is great at busy times when parking can be a challenge or you don't have your own vehicle. Also great when you would like to have dinner or watch the sunset over the ocean on Main Beach, Hastings St while enjoying a drink or two. Buses also go south to Peregian Beach where there are some lovely restaurants , cafes, coffee shops and an IGA supermarket. If you are adventurous you can take a bike ride around the area on the great pathways. We do have a port-a-cot if required for under 2's. The King Bed can be altered to King Singles for those requiring separate beds. Also provided are beach umbrella, beach mat , beach towels, doggy towel & doggy waste bags. We welcome a small quiet dog that is toilet trained & doesn't shed a lot of hair. Also that you keep them off the furniture & bed. There is a doggy door and we ask you clean up any out door toilet mess.

The Seafarer Suite

Suite for two Seafarers filled with collected treasures found beside the seaside in Coolum Beach. A self-contained private studio suite with a queen size bed, bespoke ensuite, kitchenette and lounge/daybed. Access is easy via off-street parking and a charming boardwalk leading to a sunny courtyard. Located just five minutes by car (3km) from the beautiful beaches of Coolum and close to cafes, restaurants, airport, buses, national parks and scenic coastal walks. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Enjoy a well-appointed private and cozy air-conditioned space including a 55" smart TV with Netfix, gigabit internet, and a work desk. Your own bathroom, kitchenette and private patio with BBQ. Washing machine, ironing board, and secure parking, suitable for Caravans and Motor Homes. Our Sunny Studio is the perfect base to explore surrounding beaches, local dining and shopping.

Cotton Tree Queenslander Apartment

Please note: Currently our neighbours are having building works done.during the week. Step behind the front wall into an oasis. This private self-contained apartment is situated in a renovated Queenslander, within easy walking distance to the beach, the river, restaurants and cafes, shops and movies. With its own private courtyard, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers alike. Safe on- street parking. Unfortunately the property not suited for children.

If you are looking for a relaxing quiet get away this private room is perfect for you. The property has its own separate entrance with self check in. Lie in bed all day in the cool air-conditioning. Enjoy expansive views to the ocean from Maroochydore to Mount Coolum and Yandina. Step out to your private deck and relax on the outdoor lounge. The private ensuite has been newly renovated with stone and subway tiles. Includes small microwave oven, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities.

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Close by are many wonderful cafes, bars & restaurants.

Ideal for business travellers or couples, not suitable for children or pets. Comfortable queen bed with quality linens and bespoke handmade furniture. Totally private and secluded, with a full kitchen. Catch the cool breezes and watch the sunset from the private deck. Walk to Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba, Cotton Tree and Maroochydore.
