Grýlusteinn is one of three cabins that we own. Nónsteinn, Grásteinn and Grýlusteinn. Our cabins are a perfect getaway place to enjoy the nature at it fullest while relaxing with a breathtaking view. Smàhraun, Hraunhálsi

Brand new cozy cottage 52 m2 with two bedrooms, set with in our farm Hraunháls on Snæfellsnes peninsula. Between Stykkishólmur (20km) and Grundarfjörður (20 km). The cottage has all basic necessities, stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and freezer also washing machine, smart flat screen and free Wi-Fi. There’s a nice patio around the cottage where you can enjoy the beautiful nature and view, listen to birds singing in the summer and spot the northern lights in the winter.

Orca Apartment

Our peaceful, orca-themed apartment offers a spectacular view over Grundarfjörður and famous Mt. Kirkjufell. In the summer you can watch colorful sunsets and in the wintertime witness the Northern lights in clear skies. The apartment is detached from the main building and includes a well-equipped kitchen (yes, there's coffee and tea), a private bathroom, as well as comfortable beds and a seating area for two people. Supermarket, clinic, swimming pool, and waterfront in walking distance.

Charming House on the Ocean Front

My house is private, comfortable and set in stunning surroundings with open views. I have made a big effort to make it as homey as possible and equipped it with most necessities and really comfortable beds. The house is located on the edge of Arnarstapi village, closely surrounded by the ocean, vast lava fields, mountains and the majestic Snæfellsjökull. Every season there has it´s own charm but the beauty and peacefulness is always present, pulling you out for various activities.

The 45m2 cottage is equipped with two bedrooms, a toilet with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a view of the valley below Kirkjufell and a hot tub on the terrace.

We are renting a beautiful apartment with a great view of Kirkjufell mountain and also is very well located in Grundarfjörður. The apartment has one bedroom, living room with sofa and TV, table and chairs, little kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. We are so excited to see you all. Brimilsvellir small cabin

This private small cabin (ca. 26 qm) is located at our farm Brimilsvellir. You have a magnificant view to the ocean, beautiful mountains and our horses. There are small cooking facilitys in the cabin with a fridge, water cattle, toaster, plate and microwave. You have very great conditions to see northern lights from september until april.

The cabin is well planned, cosy with a rustic touch, with a queen size bed and a (comfy) pullout couch it suits couples and small families. Great for relaxing in the countryside or as a hub while exploring West Iceland.

Kolsstaðir - Piece of Heaven

The cottage is designed in the old Icelandic country style, but with house heating, hot water, well equipped modern kitchen, dish washer and a wood burning stove. The ground floor is 35 (square m.) Upstairs there is a 20 square m. sleeping attic with one Queen Size bed.
