Couples and their pets love the cottage! Privately situated on 2 acres, conveniently located 10 - 15 minutes from downtown Asheville, 5 minutes to Weaverville. Cozy, charming, unique, the cottage provides a fully equipped kitchen, mosaic tile bath with walk-in shower, and clever use of recycled materials. Fenced pet approved yard ($50 one time fee covers 2 pet max), with outdoor dining, BBQ grill and fire pit. A relaxing oasis after hiking and exploring the beauty and charm of Western NC.

Enjoy gorgeous mountain views and the babbling stream! Close to Weaverville (5 min), downtown Asheville (15 min), and skiing (30 min). All the privacy you want, yet convenient to amenities. This newly-renovated retreat is perched atop a beautiful mountain with breathtaking sunset views, yet is only about 4 miles/15 minutes away from Downtown Asheville! New mattresses plus quality furniture and a gas fireplace fill the space, and we have fully-equipped the kitchen. The best feature is our fantastic deck. We can host up to 8 guests, with 3 beds and 1 sleeper sofa (the primary bedroom has a king bed); 2 full baths. We have 2 family rooms — one on the main level and one downstairs.

After four guests, there is an extra fee per guest per night.
