Just 1 -1/2 blocks off the "Ave", a few blocks from the University of Washington, access to prime bus/light rail stops (1 block/0.6 miles respectively), this University District location can't be beat. Enjoy your stay in a humble 1 bedroom with eat-in kitchen, fully stocked with the essentials and a private garden entrance to your own parking spot. An ideal base camp for UW Medicine residents or for exploring the area.

This stand-alone studio was built in 2019 and is conveniently located in The University District. The unit is located over the garage and offers private entry and parking. The studio is equipped with a compact kitchen for light cooking, and provides a dining/work area, a full bed, a closet armoire, and a 3/4 private bathroom with toilet, sink, and standing shower. It has AC and heating. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops.

The neighborhood is a quiet retreat within the urban heart of Seattle. It is literally next door to the University of Washington (Husky Stadium), steps away from Lake Washington and the Arboretum water front trails, the historic Seattle Yacht Club, and 10 min from downtown Seattle by car, the LINK light rail, or bus.
