Located 1 mile from I-20, 10 minutes (5.5 mi) to the Masters Tournament, less than 1/2 mile from the popular Greenway biking/walking path, and minutes from the Medical University and downtown Augusta. Screened porch, outside eating area, and large, spacious rooms are all perfect for relaxing and entertaining in this quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom features king bed, TV, and master bath. Guest bedrooms all have TVs.

We are back! We've been off the list 9 months taking care of elderly parents. We are teachers/coaches working toward retirement. The space is 2000 sf - great for large or multiple families. Great room with 65" television, ping pong, and foosball. Family games located in bedroom closet. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry room all separate from host. Kitchenette Refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, sink, air fryer, coffee station, toaster. Aiken is a cute little community with lots to do.
