We built this little burrow just for AirBnB. It’s peaceful, clean and simple here. You’ll love the central location, enjoy a 15 minute walk to some of Chico’s finest. As fellow travelers, we focused on the amenities that we can’t do without like a full kitchen and bath🛁 Powerful heat and A/C too! Great for short or long stays with stellar laundry units. This home is stocked with plenty of comfortable blankets, all the cooking utensils you need, coffee... and games to make your stay fun! Pets are ok if well trained (no barking or scratching etc) there is a convenient dog run on side yard. Back yard is quiet and sunny for bbq dinners.
