Santa Barbara' s famed State Street is just a short 10 minute drive. Our home is designed for indoor/outdoor living. Chill in fenced front or back yard. Read a book, BBQ, or make your own s'mores in the fire pit. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a family gathering. WIFI & desk are provided in case you can't leave your work behind.

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

This ideal location is walking distance to many popular spots in Montecito; Coast Village Road the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, Butterfly Beach. Bring your kids or 2 friends!! Walking distance to Butterfly Beach, restaurants on Coast Village Rd and Rosewood Miramar Hotel. 1 K bed and 1 Q pull out sofa, W/D in the unit and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and toaster oven to make your stay like home. There is also a small, gated, outdoor patio/garden area and 2 bikes for your use. Check in 2pm, check out is 10am. We allow most dogs upon approval.
