High-End Condo Across From Major Recreation Trail

I live right down the road and I am typically available if needed. Highway 36 around the corner offers easy access to Boulder and Denver. Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.
