Spacious walkout basement of 850 square feet in a corner house with nice green area in the backyard. Nicely furnished and decorated 1 bedroom with closet, 1 bath, large living area, and NO kitchen. It has 65'' TV, microwave, fridge, boiler, silverware, dishes, cups, iron, and clean sheets and towels. There is open space around the property and backyard with seats to enjoy a nice stay outside during summer. Please note, the house is made of wood, light noise may occur from footsteps or AC system.

Beautiful NEW private studio attached to a house built in 2020. Separate outside entrance, you can come and go as you please. The studio has very comfy queen size bed, large closet, full bathroom with bathtub, small table/desk, kitchenette, compact fridge w/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee, tea. TV with Netflix and Hulu, high speed Wi-Fi. Our Country Inn is conveniently located near DIA (airport). A great place to stop on your way to a Colorado vacation. Our setting, with a panoramic view of the Rocky Mountains, creates the mood of quiet unhurried country living and tranquility. A continental breakfast is included in the basic rate; however a complete gourmet breakfast will be served for an additional fee in our informal dining room. Fast food restaurants, gas, and a grocery market; just 5 min. away. Wifi , TV , heat & air.

Are you tired of the hustle and bustle of city life and need a breath of fresh air? Our Country Cube offers a quiet space to kick back by the fire, relax in the hammock, or play some cornhole while you watch the sunset. The tiny house is located on our 10-acre property surrounded by native grasses which is home to plenty of wildlife. Enjoy easy living inside with card games or Netflix. It is a 40-minute drive to DIA, 30 minutes to Brighton and the Wild Animal sanctuary is just 10 minutes away.

Relax with a Waterfall, Full Kitchen and King bed

Book now to enjoy this comfortable, safe setting with mountain views, pine trees and wildlife, but a short drive to restaurants and shopping in Parker. You'll have a private entrance, king bedroom and fully equipped kitchen with laundry. In the summer, relax on the patio with a spacious backyard and enjoy the waterfall and wildlife.
