Welcome to our charming and brand-new (2023) home in the heart of Logan, Utah! Located just minutes away from Utah State University and Logan Canyon. Enjoy a private separate entrance with a walk-out basement, keyless entry, and dedicated driveway parking. This custom home has a welcoming space with a brand new full-size modern kitchen, dining area, and living space. This guest suite is equipped with a separate furnace, AC unit and thermostat as well as a water heater and water softener.

Bsmnt APARTMENT-Gorgeous East Bench-15 mi. to USU!

This apartment is in the outskirts of Logan but only a 15 min. drive to the heart of Logan UT. The location is has a 360 degree view of the valley! The sunsets are breathe taking. We usually rent it when we are not home or my kids are in school. My family and 5 kids live in the 2 floors above so there WILL be pitter patter of feet when they are home. We renovated the apartment with new flooring and countertops. We know you will enjoy this apartment and it’s location as much as we do!

Welcome to our basement suite! This apartment is located in the basement of our family home. To enter, you must come through our garage and shared back door. Once inside, head downstairs where you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, game/exercise room, family room and kitchenette. We live upstairs and can be available if you need. Conveniently located near I-15 and I-84, an hour away from major ski resorts. Great place to stay if passing through or staying awhile.

Apple Berry Cabin

The cabin is built on our family farm nestled next to a 2 acre apple orchard and spring fed ponds. You can enjoy a stroll through the trees, especially nice in spring when the trees are blooming. Relax next to the ponds while watching the fish swim around or the turtles basking in the sun. The area is great for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds that vary with the seasons. There is no WiFi available at the cabin.
