Bike and hike along the Cape Cod Provincelands Trail. We have parking for 2 cars. Many guests park and walk everywhere. Some bring their bikes and or rent them. The town also has pedi-cabs which are fun - and there is also Uber and Lyft. It’s a breeze to get anywhere. Classic little Cape cottage in an ideal location. Less than ten minute drive to amazing ponds and bayside or ocean beaches. Views of the harbor from the large sunny deck with attached outdoor shower. Ten minute walk into town along Duck Creek marsh & over scenic Uncle Tim’s Bridge. Visit the shops & galleries, have lunch or grab a drink at one of the many restaurants in town. Walk to the fish market and come home grill dinner on the deck. 15 minutes bike ride to the closest ocean beach.

Couple/family fun all year in a charming, private Cape Cod cottage w/ screened in porch, patio & outdoor shower (in Nov/Dec/Jan becomes a Gingerbread cottage). Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.

Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

With owners on-site, the space features a private entrance, a deck with an electric grill, and an outdoor solar shower for rinsing off after a sunny day.

Hillside Cottage

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join
