We offer our guests a two-room apartment of about 50 square meters consisting of a living area with kitchen and sofa-bed, a bedroom with double bed and possibly an additional single bed, and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a kitchen (complete with everything) with a welcome bottle of water, cold / hot air conditioning, free wi-fi, flat screen TV, bath and bed linens, shower shampoo / soap, shower caps , slippers (on request), hairdryer and safe. The apartment is located inside a historic mansion of the '700, where you can visit the old mill, a historic library and a family chapel. A buffet breakfast with sweet and savory food is served in a pretty courtyard or inside the hall of the tanks of the ancient mill, tastefully renovated. You can also use the swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by secular olive-groves. The apartment is just minutes away, by car, from the seafront in Rossano, the town center and the beautiful old town!

La camera con balcone si affaccia sull'antico Borgo di Bova , ed ha come vista il Canale di Sicilia e l'Etna, a volte fumante e innevato. Ha il bagno completo in camera (doccia). La camera ha: aria condizionata/riscaldamento, minifrigor, un armadio a giorno, un tavolino ribaltabile e due sedie . I comodini dono inseriti nella testata del letto, è una camera piccola ma accogliente . Non è possibile aggiungere letti o culle. il letto può essere matrimoniale, oppure dividersi in due letti singoli.

Tutte le camere sono dotate di ogni comfort: internet WiFi gratuita, TV LED 29” (digitale terrestre e satellitare), minibar, aria condizionata e riscaldamento split, cassaforte digitale, materasso antiallergico, cuscini soft e rigidi, reggivaligia. Il bagno privato è dotato di cabina doccia, asciugacapelli, scaldasalviette, set cortesia e set biancheria. La camera è non fumatori. Durante il soggiorno potrebbero verificarsi dei rumori a causa di lavori di ristrutturazione nelle adiacenze.
