Whether you want to relax inside the bedroom and listen to our record collection or chill out in the large outdoor tub surrounded by our lush landscaping we will make sure you have everything you need. Welcome to the Bunk House. Come experience the "pretty place" in a 420 sq ft mini-house designed to provide a comfortable and secluded space within a ranch setting. It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

This is a tiny cabin (about 200 sq ft) located in the heart of downtown Lockhart, TX. It is situated in our backyard within walking distance to BBQ, antiques, fine dining and local shopping. It is ideal for a single person or couple. It is very small but cute and well-organized.
