Relax with the family at this peaceful home. Located in the heart of small town Woodsfield, this 3 bed 2 bath residential house is on a dead end street, which makes it a peaceful area! Walk into the quaint town of Woodsfield for shopping, places to eat, Monroe Theater, and a cute Main Street. This home includes a master with adjustable king bed and master bath, a nursery with crib & rocker, a bedroom with 2 full beds, a 2nd full bath, & 2 TVs. The sunny living room has plenty of room to relax.

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

One block brings you to the scenic Heritage Walking Trail along the Ohio River. With easy access to I-70 it's the perfect stop-over if you're on your way through town, but if you're planning on a longer visit it's also a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family or friends or just exploring our fun small town. Situated on a ridge, this 25-acre property borders the Wayne National Forest. You’ll enjoy the views of the surrounding valleys from the large screened-in porch and from the hilltop fire pit area. Play disc golf, corn hole, or softball. Go for a hike, read a book, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.
